Originally from Charny, on the South Shore of Quebec City, Élisabeth has been living in Verdun for 13 years. A nurse by profession, she discovered cold baths during her master's degree while looking for a way to better manage stress and anxiety. Since then, every winter Sunday, she enters the icy waters of the river for a moment of calm, breathing, and presence. It is also there that she has forged simple and genuine connections, following the rhythm of the seasons.
